AS A RESULT, WE WOULD LIKE TO EXPLAIN AND SIMPLIFY THE ONLINE BIDDING PROCESS. OUR WEEKLY WEDNESDAY NIGHT AUCTIONS START EACH WEEK AT 5:30PM (CENTRAL). YOU MUST LEAVE ONLINE ABSENTEE BIDS, AT LEAST TWO HOURS BEFORE THE START OF THE AUCTION. YOU CAN LEAVE BIDS AT ANYTIME, HOWEVER WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE ANY BIDS THAT ARRIVE AFTER 3:30PM, AS THEY MAY NOT BE SEEN IN TIME. OUR WEEKLY WEDNESDAY AUCTION IS A LIVE AUCTION AND THERE ARE SEVERAL WAYS OF LEAVING BIDS. 1.) LEAVE AN ONLINE ABSENTEE BID. IF YOU ARE A SERIOUS BUYER ON ANY GIVEN ITEM, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU LEAVE YOUR HIGHEST MAXIMUM BID FOR THAT ITEM. A LIVE BIDDER, AND/OR A PHONE BIDDER MAY BID A HIGHER AMOUNT EVEN IF YOUR BID WAS THE HIGHEST ONLINE ABSENTEE AMOUNT. (THIS MEANS, THAT EVEN THOUGH YOU HAD THE HIGHEST ONLINE HAMMER PRICE FOR ANY GIVEN ITEM, A PHONE OR LIVE BIDDER STILL ENDED IN THE HIGHEST HAMMER PRICE). 2.) YOU CAN COME TO ANY OF OUR LIVE EVENTS IN PERSON. ALL OF OUR EVENTS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, WHETHER IT BE AN ONLINE GALLERY AUCTION, ON/OFF SITE AUCTION, WEEKLY CONSIGNMENT, AND AN ESTATE SALE OR ESTATE AUCTION. 3.) YOU CAN CALL OR EMAIL YOUR ABSENTEE BIDS. AGAIN, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT LAST MINUTE BIDS MAY NOT ALWAYS GET ANSWERED OR SEEN. 4.) YOU CAN REQUEST A LIVE PHONE BID. You can still pay cash, check or card if you want to pickup We need to hear from you before 5pm CST on Thursday after the sale Or call us at 314-252-0212 and let us know We are here Tuesday-Friday 12pm-6pm, Wednesdays we are here later for auction (9-10pm) We do all shipping on Friday & Tuesday afternoons, so it's important we know you want to pickup your items. NEED SHIPPING: Reply to this email and let us know you need shipping! We need to hear from you before 5pm CST on Thursday after the sale. If we do not hear anything we will automatically charge your card on file for your invoice & shipping. We do all shipping in house to help cut costs. We add insurance and shipping confirmation to orders over $50 to protect you on your purchase. IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU BY 5PM CST ON THURSDAY, WE WILL RUN YOUR CARD ON FILE AND MAIL ALL ITEMS ON YOUR INVOICE. We have auctions every Wednesday at 5:30pm CST.
